local yum configuration on oracle enterprise linux step by step

[root@db11g ~]# mount /dev/cdrw /media

[root@db11g ~]# cd /media

[root@db11g media]# cd Packages

[root@db11g Packages]# ls -ltr vsftpd*

[root@db11g Packages]# rpm -ivh vsftpd-2.2.2-21.el6.x86_64.rpm
